Note: the JSOH committee will arrange for all lodging for personnel (performers and static displays) participating in the open house.  Do not make your own billeting arrangements.  All static crews should anticipate staying at off-base lodging as on-base lodging at Andrews AFB is extremely limited.  Per Diem is the responsibly of the parent organization not the JSOH committee.   Rental cars will be arranged with no more than 4 personnel per car and appropriate amount for vans and SUVs.

Please give any additional information regarding billeting and transportation in the "additional information" block below.  An accurate crew list will need to be faxed or emailed to us no later than Monday 2 May to ensure room availability.  The earlier the list is received the more (and better) hotels we have to put you up in.

Following the air show, we will send a letter of appreciation for attending the 2007 JSOH.  Please list your correct wing commander’s (or equivalent) full name, office symbol, and address.  This is important information!!
